As an authorized agent of Yogi Care, you play a crucial role in representing our professional aromatherapy hair care brand.
To ensure brand consistency and uphold the values of Yogi Care, agents must adhere to the following standards and conditions:

01. Brand Representation

Brand integrity: Agents must represent Yogi Care’s values of innovation, wellness, and sustainability in all professional interactions. Any misrepresentation or false claims regarding the brand’s products, mission, or values are strictly prohibited.

 

⦁ Professionalism: Agents should maintain a high standard of professionalism in all dealings, including communication with distributors, retailers, and consumers.

 

⦁ Customer Service: Agents must provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, resolving inquiries and issues in a manner that aligns with Yogi Care’s commitment to excellence.

02. Product Knowledge & Training

⦁ Comprehensive Knowledge: Agents are expected to have a deep understanding of Yogi Care’s full product line, including key ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, and target markets.

 

⦁ Training: Agents must participate in all training sessions provided by Yogi Care to stay updated on new product launches, technology, and marketing strategies. 

03. Sales & Distribution

⦁ Territory: Agents are responsible for managing the distribution of Yogi Care products within their designated territory, as outlined in the agent agreement.


⦁ Sales Targets: Agents must meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by Yogi Care. Failure to achieve targets may result in re-evaluation of the agency agreement.

 

⦁ Authorized Retailers: Agents may only sell Yogi Care products to authorized retailers that have been approved by the brand. Unauthorized distribution, including sales to discount chains or resellers, is strictly forbidden.

04. Brand Image and Marketing

⦁ Consistent Messaging: Agents must ensure that all marketing materials, product displays, and brand communication align with Yogi Care’s brand guidelines. Any deviations or customizations must be pre-approved by Yogi Care.


⦁ Marketing Support: Agents are required to actively support Yogi Care’s marketing initiatives within their territory, including participation in trade shows, local promotions, and digital campaigns.

05. Pricing and Promotions

⦁ Adherence to Pricing Policy: Agents must adhere to the official Yogi Care pricing structure. Discounting beyond the brand's approved promotional activities is prohibited without prior consent.

 

⦁ Promotional Activities: Any local promotions or sales campaigns initiated by agents must be aligned with Yogi Care’s broader marketing strategy and approved by the brand.

06. Reporting & Accountability

⦁ Regular Reporting: Agents are required to provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and feedback from retailers and consumers. Reports must be accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

 

⦁ Inventory Management: Agents must manage inventory levels efficiently to avoid product shortages or overstock situations, ensuring continuous availability of Yogi Care products.

07. Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards

⦁ Legal Compliance: Agents must comply with all local and international laws regarding the distribution and sale of Yogi Care products, including health and safety regulations.

 

⦁ Ethical Conduct: Yogi Care requires that all agents conduct business ethically, avoiding any form of corruption, bribery, or dishonest practices. 

08. Termination

⦁ Termination Conditions: Yogi Care reserves the right to terminate an agent’s contract if they fail to meet sales targets, violate brand guidelines, or engage in activities that harm the brand’s reputation.

 

⦁ Notice Period: In the event of termination, agents will be given a 30-day notice to cease all sales and distribution activities and return any remaining inventory as directed by Yogi Care. 

09. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

⦁ Confidential Information: Agents must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect Yogi Care’s proprietary information, including product formulas, business strategies, and marketing plans.

 

⦁ Breach of NDA: Any breach of the NDA will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

10. Partnership Growth & Collaboration

⦁ Feedback and Innovation: Yogi Care encourages agents to actively participate in the brand’s growth by providing feedback on market trends, consumer preferences, and product performance. Collaboration on innovative ideas to improve the brand’s presence in the market is welcomed and encouraged.
